Copy selected segments with their coordinates and their class names, identifiers or values to the clipboard. In the clipboard, the information is available both in text format and in picture format.
Subsequently, the copied segments can be pasted as segments into another segment editor, as points into a point editor, and/or into any other application which uses the picture format or the text format (e.g. a word processor or a data base).

Picture format:
Tip: You can specify whether you wish to show or hide nodes in the segment editor when in Select mode or in Insert mode; the setting is available in the Customize dialog box of the segment editor. When in Move Points mode, segment nodes and intermediate points within segments are always shown.
