Multiple selection

To select two or more objects in sequence:

• click the first object you wish to select,
• press and hold down the Shift key while you click the last object in the group,

or

• click the first object you wish to select,
• keep the left mouse button down, and
• move the mouse pointer to the last object you wish to select,
• then release the left mouse button.

To select two or more objects out of sequence:

• press and hold down the Ctrl key while you click each object.

To cancel the selection of an object:

• press and hold down the Ctrl key while you click a selected object.
