Daily rainfall measurements for Italy (2010)

Rainfall measurements are inserted every six hours into the system database. Daily, for each rain gauge of the national network, 24-hours rainfall cumulative are calculated. The data set might contain errors - single isolated locations with (unlikely) high values and needs to be filtered before it can be used for spatial prediction.

Available layers: 
  • rain_it.csv - a table containing 329,550 observations of daily rainfall (1901 stations) for the period from 2010-01-02 until 2010-06-25 (168 days);
